Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
8–12 years of related experience; 5+ years in PeopleSoft technical/development.
Experience with client/server networking.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Experience with object-oriented analysis and design.

Responsibilities

Lead projects and ensure successful technical implementation of business software applications.
Mentor junior developers through code reviews, design reviews and unit tests.
Represent IT as the principal technical contact and provide project leadership when needed.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and communicate them across departments.
Develop complex software based on approved design and ensure on-time delivery.
