Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise systems programming experience.
• 8+ years SQL database experience; quickly learn new technologies.
• 4+ years ERP experience.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and build consensus.
• Strong problem-solving using diverse information sources.
• Excellent communication for complex information.
• Web design with HTML and CSS.
• ANSI SQL proficiency.
• Multi-tier application experience.
• PeopleSoft expertise.
• Desirable: Java or C#, plus major ERP-related modules and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects with manageable scope and resources and develop work plans.
• Partner with business and IT to define requirements and lead user acceptance testing for updates and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations with proper documents and test plans.
• Manage up to four team members; coach and mentor while tracking performance.
• Create documentation and lead architecture reviews.
• Develop estimates and capacity plans for support and projects.
• Track operational efficiency scorecards for supported systems.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and coordinate with vendors on roadmaps.
• Create and implement metrics and monitoring processes.
• Recommend improvements and enforce standards, processes, and procedures for enterprise systems.
