Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to design, develop, and support complex PeopleSoft customizations and integrations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions in a remote US setting.

The role requires 12+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience, deep knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, and Integration Broker, plus strong SQL and reporting skills; you will mentor juniors and ensure upgrades align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience
• Strong Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker
• Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of the PeopleSoft data model
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades/patches
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PeopleSoft customizations using Application Designer for pages, components, records, fields, and PeopleCode
• Build Application Engine programs for batch processing and data conversion
• Develop Component Interfaces and Integration Broker services to integrate with internal/external systems
• Build SQR and BI Publisher reports with performance tuning
• Implement and maintain AWE configurations and notifications
• Develop nVision reports for financial reporting as applicable
• Mentor junior PeopleSoft developers and ensure quality standards
• Lead testing and support during UAT and hypercare
• Ensure upgrades and patches are accommodated with minimal core changes
• Document designs, code, and operational procedures
