Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer for a 100% remote U.S. role.

You will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions enhancements, owning technical implementations and ensuring enterprise standards. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of PeopleSoft experience, strong PeopleTools, Application Engine, and Integration Broker skills, plus solid SQL and BI Publisher knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications.
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements in HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure quality, security, and maintainability of developments.
• Apply PeopleTools development, Application Engine, and Integration Broker best practices.
• Assist with upgrades/patches and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
