Qualifications

• Extensive PeopleSoft Backend Administration across multiple products and versions.
• Strong Oracle DBA experience on Linux with patching, backup, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSDBA team and mentor staff, manage resources and priorities.
• Oversee installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting of PS/PeopleTools
• Ensure security, integration, and architecture across PS and Oracle databases
• Plan capacity, perform performance tuning, and manage incident resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive automation and modernization
• Develop deployment and QA plans for PSDBA environments
