Job summary

Mythics seeks a PeopleSoft Benefits Functional Consultant to lead the Base Benefits, Benefits Administration (BenAdmin), and eBenefits for U.S. NA.

The role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PUM updates, and benefits integrations, with cross-functional collaboration across HR, payroll, and external carriers. You will drive functional discovery, configuration, testing, rollout, and production support while guiding stakeholders on standard functionality, reconfiguration,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM functional experience including BenAdmin and eBenefits.
• Deep knowledge of Base Benefits, benefits processing, and Open Enrollment.
• Experience with PUM updates and integrations with payroll and benefits.
• Strong collaboration with HR, benefits operations, payroll, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for PeopleSoft HCM Benefits, including Base Benefits, BenAdmin, and eBenefits.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, rollout, and production support.
• Assess customer needs and recommend configuration and adoption of delivered functionality.
• Coordinate testing with HR, payroll, and external carriers.
• Troubleshoot processing and data integrity issues; provide guidance on best practices.
