Job summary

Mythics, Inc. seeks a PeopleSoft Benefits Functional Consultant to own Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, and eBenefits for US clients. You will lead discovery, configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing support, advising stakeholders on delivered functionality and best practices.

The role requires extensive PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience, PeopleTools, PUM updates, and benefits integrations. You will collaborate with HR, Benefits Operations, payroll, and carriers to optimize BenAdmin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years hands-on PeopleSoft HCM functional experience with Base Benefits/BEnAdmin/eBenefits.
• Experience with PUM updates, testing, and delivery of functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional owner for PeopleSoft HCM Benefits.
• Lead discovery, configuration, testing, implementation, rollout, and support.
