Qualifications

• 10-12 years of PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience required.
• Expertise in HCM Modules like Core HR and NA Payroll.
• Experience in PeopleSoft Managed Services engagements.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement in managed services.
• Experience retrofitting in PeopleSoft Upgrade projects.
• Expertise in Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, App packages, CI, BI Publisher, SQRs.
• Strong expertise in the HCM Modules - Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, NA Payroll, Ben Admin.

Responsibilities

• Handle PeopleSoft Managed Services engagements proactively.
• Implement continuous improvement ideas generating value.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for clients.
• Support managed services engagements with proactive solutions.
