• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR or related field.
• 5+ years in HR Systems/HRIS administration or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience configuring, testing, and optimizing HR processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Mission Brief

As a Senior People Systems & Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping, developing and optimising our HR systems landscape. You will act as a Workday subject matter expert, owning key system modules and supporting the evolution of scalable HR processes, reporting capabilities and system integrations.

Working closely with Talent, Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you will help ensure our people systems provide reliable data, efficient processes and a seamless employee experience while supporting organisational growth.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Act as a key owner and subject matter expert for Workday, ensuring continuous optimisation and system effectiveness
• Own the configuration, optimisation and continuous evolution of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Time, Absence, Adaptive, Advanced Compensation or Talent
• Configure, maintain and optimise Workday processes, workflows and business process frameworks
• Support the implementation of new Workday functionality, releases and system enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Support reporting and dashboard development to ensure reliable people data and operational insights
• Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities
• Monitor data quality and support data governance initiatives across HR systems
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on integrations and system maintenance activities
• Drive automation and digitalisation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience
• Contribute to the long-term development of the People Systems landscape and roadmapm

Qualification Checklist

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HRIS Administration or a comparable function
• Strong experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with system configuration, testing and process optimization
• Experience supporting HR system implementations and enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
