Qualifications

• 8–10 years HR experience; HRBP leadership preferred.
• US Employment law knowledge; certifications preferred.
• Leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VPs/senior leaders to support objectives, workforce planning, engagement, and leadership development.
• Shapes organizational design and capability development.
• Provide strategic People consultation to internal clients.
• Champions company values and cultural initiatives.
• Anticipates talent risks and succession needs.
• Lead complex investigations including workplace conditions and policy violations.
• Resolve discrimination or unlawful treatment allegations.
• Recommend and advises leadership on resolution strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor on company-wide initiatives including organizational design, leadership development, process optimization, workload assessments, and career development.
• Interpret engagement data and drive action planning.
• Mentor and develop People Consultant team members.
• Evaluate People policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Stay current on employment law changes; prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Administer People practices, policies, and procedures across assigned teams.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and conduct research to support policy decisions.
