Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA seeks a Sr. Manager of People Consultants to provide strategic HR leadership for MBUSA and MB RDNA across multiple U.S. sites. You will partner with senior leaders, drive organizational design, and champion people initiatives.

The role oversees a team of People Consultants, ensures policy compliance, resolves complex employee relations issues, and contributes to culture-building and leadership development. Travel within the contiguous United States is possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
8–10 years HR experience; leadership in HRBP preferred.
Knowledge of US employment law; HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with VPs and senior leaders to support objectives, workforce planning, engagement, and leadership development.
Lead investigations into workplace conditions, performance issues, and policy violations.
Act as strategic advisor on org design, development, and process optimization.
Review policies for legal compliance and provide senior leadership with recommendations.
Monitor changes in employment law and support policy decisions.
