Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Performance Partner to elevate managers and leaders, driving a high performance culture while ensuring a compassionate and fair employee experience. This role supports the Mountain View and San Diego offices in a hybrid environment with three days in office.

The candidate will partner with P&P, use playbooks, and apply Intuit policies to resolve performance, conduct and attendance matters end-to-end, influencing outcomes for the business and workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving Performance management.
• Strong ownership of execution and operational excellence in partnering with managers.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to assess employee experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance related matters end-to-end.
• Partner with P&P and business stakeholders to recommend outcomes balancing business needs and employee experience.
• Leverage playbooks and requirements for case management and contribute to improvements.
• Build capability for managers and employees through casework.
• Drive team initiatives and contribute to organizational priorities.
• Apply Intuit policies and standards consistently.
