Job summary

Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior People Partner to join the People & Culture team. You will partner with leaders to deliver HR support across employee relations, talent development, compensation, and engagement, while handling end-to-end lifecycle activities on site.

This role requires 5–7 years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related HR experience, focused in business partner or employee relations.
• Experience working with various employee types (Full-time, Union, Project, Contractors).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR partner for the largest business unit, delivering HR support and programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and engagement.
• Partner with benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, payroll, and other HR leads.
• Interpret HR policies and ensure compliant practices.
• Manage HR projects and turnover analytics.
• Support full employee lifecycle including talent development and promotions.
