Rozgoo is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to support US benefits administration, HRIS data, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes. The role focuses on delivering timely, empathetic support while ensuring accurate, scalable people processes across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in People Operations with benefits experience, solid knowledge of US benefits programs, and hands-on HRIS usage.

Formación

• 3–5 years in People Operations or HR operations with at least 1 year supporting benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of US benefits programs including health, welfare, retirement, COBRA, ACA, leaves of absence, and wellness programs.
• Experience using HRIS or HCM platforms.
• Experience supporting employees directly.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support day-to-day benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, time off).
• Respond to benefits inquiries via HR Service Desk, Jira, email, Slack, and other channels.
• Maintain benefits records across HRIS, vendor platforms, and internal docs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issues and invoices.
• Assist with open enrollment planning, communications, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Support HR Service Desk tickets and HRIS data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR Systems Manager on process improvements and automation.
