Lattice is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to support benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes. You will handle benefits enrollment, inquiries, and vendor coordination while maintaining accurate HRIS data and generating reports for HR stakeholders.

This role emphasizes employee experience and process improvement in a remote-friendly, international environment. You will collaborate with the People team to audit data, improve workflows, and support open enrollment,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in People Operations or HR operations.
• Experience supporting US benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement).
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms and data management.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits administration including enrollment, inquiries, and vendor issues.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and run regular audits and reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries via HR Service Desk and internal channels.
• Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HRIS processes and automation.
