Job summary

Audiense, the audience intelligence platform, is seeking a Senior People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in the United States. This hands-on role will own payroll processing and benefits administration while supporting day-to-day People Operations needs.

You'll work with the Director of People & Culture to ensure Rippling payroll is accurate, compliant with federal/state laws, and that employee data is well maintained across systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR/People Operations with payroll, benefits, or related experience.
• Strong experience processing payroll, audits, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and processing of global payroll through Rippling, ensuring payroll is accurate and completed on time.
• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement) and manage enrollments.
• Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce data, and audits, maintaining accurate records across systems.
