Job summary

Audiense, an audience intelligence platform, is seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in the United States. The role focuses on Rippling payroll processing, benefits administration, HR systems management, and broad People Operations support.

You will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to ensure accurate payroll, compliant benefits, and smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive human resources, people operations, payroll, or benefits experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Rippling payroll processing experience required.
• Demonstrated experience independently preparing and processing payroll within Rippling.
• Experience reviewing and auditing payroll prior to submission and resolving discrepancies.
• Hands-on benefits administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems beyond basic employee self-service functionality.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and processing of global payroll through Rippling, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Manage benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and timely.
• Support full employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Rippling and other systems, with confidential recordkeeping.
• Respond to employee questions with timely, professional support.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce data, and audits.
