The Senior People Operations Generalist supports employee relations, training, and HR administration, ensuring fair treatment and confidentiality. The role partners with managers to uphold policies, compliance, and effective HR processes across EnerSys operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications, including ADP, KRONOS and SAP; ability to maintain data and create reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; alternative: associate’s with progression experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee investigations and support counseling, discipline and conflict resolution.
• Advise managers on policies and programs; promote fair treatment and positive relations.
• Support HR compliance and safety policies; recruit for salaried, hourly and temporary roles.
