Job summary

BetterUp is seeking a Government Senior People Insights Consultant to drive deep discovery, design solutions, and present thought leadership to executives. You’ll translate behavioral science into actionable business value and guide clients from insight to impact.

Collaborating across R&D, Product, Sales Leadership and Client Success, you’ll shape programs, manage multiple deliverables, and influence C-level stakeholders. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• M.A. with minimum 7 years consulting or business experience, ideally in HR.
• PhD in behavioral science or related field (e.g., business, organizational leadership).

Responsibilities

• Deep Discovery: define the most urgent problem to solve for the client.
• Solution Design: develop knowledge of the solution to present value to customers.
• Presentation & Thought Leadership: share behavioral science insights with clients and executives.
• Insights & Value: partner with success teams to translate data into impact stories.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with R&D, Product, Labs, Sales, Customer Success & Implementation.
• C-Level Consulting: engage CHRO and CFO level executives.
• Prioritization & Project Management: manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
