The role demands executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven storytelling to drive client outcomes. This senior position requires advanced credentials in behavioral science or HR, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• M.A. with minimum 7 years of consulting and/or business experience or PhD in behavioral science; HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, and executive engagement with CHRO/CFO levels.
• Drive thought leadership and present the science of BetterUp to clients.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to tell insights-driven client stories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
