Job summary

Delta Dental of Iowa is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align day-to-day HR practices with business needs across the organization. You will provide practical hands-on support in employee relations, performance management, learning and organizational development, culture and engagement, orientation, and HR reporting.

You will partner closely with leaders to enhance the employee experience and strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years HR business partner, talent/leadership or organizational development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience consulting with leaders on employee relations concerns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR business partner and primary contact for employee relations and workplace issues.
• Lead performance management, including education, communication, tracking and documentation.
• Develop and coordinate learning, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives.
• Design and implement development programs and succession planning.
• Analyze engagement data and support continuous improvement actions.
