Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Specialist Sr for the AMG EB Distributions group in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on handling pension-related inquiries, processing back-office tasks, and ensuring compliant, accurate transactions.

In-person attendance is required, with potential for remote work in select locations upon approval. Primary duties include answering external customer calls about pension plans, providing guidance on payments and withholdings, and supporting process improvement

Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Call center experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value following policies and procedures.
• Identifies and addresses exceptions; escalation point for complex transactions; routes items to complete transactions.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers; suggests process improvements and drives implementation.
• Reviews transactions for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance; participates in risk mitigation.
