Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist Sr for the AMG EB Distributions team. The role supports pension-related inquiries and performs back-office processing to ensure accurate, timely transactions.

The position may be based in hub locations (Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL; Baltimore, MD) with a 9am–6pm EST schedule, Monday to Friday, and potential remote work eligibility in approved geographies.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree with <1 year of professional experience or completion of development program.
• Strong problem solving, communication and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and process improvement concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and value.
• Serve as escalation point for complex transactions and provide guidance to internal/external customers.
• Assist with process reviews, improvements and implementation, and train new hires.
