Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field.
• Experience with 401(k) and pension administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of CITGO's qualified retirement plans, ensuring compliance with plan documents and federal laws.
• Interpret complex plan provisions and resolve retirement plan administration issues.
• Collaborate with Benefits Accounting and outside providers on audits, Forms 5500, and plan financials.
• Lead complex analytical projects and recommend plan changes as needed.
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and update communications and SPD materials.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in the department.
