Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead offensive security operations that strengthen clients' resilience against cyber-attacks.

You will run penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements across networks and applications, mentor analysts, and deliver clear reports to technical and executive audiences, while staying current with threats and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Scripting/programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or Perl.

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and reports.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts; foster collaborative culture.
• Stay current with cyber threats and industry trends.
• Represent EY in industry groups and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture.
