Job summary

Packetlabs Ltd. is seeking an Ethical Hacker specializing in Infrastructure & Red Team to plan, execute, and report on comprehensive security assessments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

The role involves identifying exploitable vulnerabilities through hands-on testing and delivering clear, actionable reports for clients. You will contribute to red team operations, purple team exercises, and advanced testing engagements, while helping to continuously improve Packetlabs'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud platforms.
• Experience performing internal and external network pentesting, privilege escalation, AD security assessments, and lateral movement testing.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, identity management, and cloud security.
• Familiarity with offensive security frameworks, tools, and tradecraft.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on infrastructure penetration testing engagements across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Perform red team and adversary simulation engagements to identify and demonstrate exploitable weaknesses.
• Evaluate AD and cloud identities, authentication, and network configurations for risk and remediation guidance.
• Communicate findings through detailed reports and presentations to technical and executive stakeholders.
