Job summary

MagicForce is seeking a Senior Healthcare Testing Professional with extensive experience in software testing, specializing in Pega PCS and Stepwise within the healthcare insurance domain. The role emphasizes validating configurations, workflows, and end-to-end system functionality.

You will design test cases, execute tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across APIs, databases, and integrations in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall software testing experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Pega PCS and Stepwise.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and defect management skills.
• Experience in test case design, test execution, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing of healthcare applications.
• Test Pega PCS product configuration, benefits, coverage, business rules, and related workflows.
• Validate Stepwise workflows, business scenarios, process execution, and system functionality.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform API testing using Postman or SOAP UI and database validation using SQL.
• Validate healthcare application integrations, data flow, and business outcomes.
• Log, track, and retest defects using Jira
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect triage, and release validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Support test planning, execution reporting, requirement traceability, and quality assurance.
