Job summary

Qualifications

12+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience.
7+ years of experience in Pega test automation.
Experience leading testing activities on enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Lead QA and automation activities across large-scale programmes.
Develop and implement test strategy and automation frameworks.
Ensure robust testing coverage for critical business journeys and release cycles.
Provide quality governance and traceability across testing evidence and metrics.
