Job summary

NTT DATA's client in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced Pega Admin to lead enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega architecture, integration strategies, and performance optimization.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable Pega applications, mentor junior staff, and ensure deployments meet guardrails and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5–8+ years of IT experience with Pega application development and minimum 3 years of hands-on Pega development experience with constellation.

Responsibilities

Pega Administration: 6 years of dedicated experience in Pega PRPC system administration.
Solution Design & Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end Pega solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Development & Implementation: Develop complex case workflows, UI rules, data pages, decision rules, and integrations.
Performance & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Collaboration & Leadership: Provide technical leadership to Pega developers and System Architects.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
