Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Pega Admin to lead enterprise‑grade BPM and case management solutions on the Pega Platform. The role focuses on architecture, performance tuning, and mentoring a team of developers.

The candidate will design and implement scalable Pega solutions, implement REST/SOAP integrations, and support DevOps with CI/CD pipelines. A PCSSA/SSA and 5–8+ years of IT experience are preferred for this full‑time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of IT experience with Pega application development and minimum 3 years of hands‑on Pega development experience with constellation.
• Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA/SSA) certification – Mandatory.
• Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Preferred.
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Microservices architecture.
• Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (v7.x / v8.x or above).
• Case Management and BPM concepts.
• Data modelling and class structure design.
• Integration services (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, etc.).
• Pega Decisioning and business rules.
• UI/UX configuration using Pega UI frameworks.
• Guardrails and performance tuning.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• 6 years of dedicated experience in Pega PRPC system administration.
• Plan and execute Pega platform version upgrades, hotfixes, and dependency updates.
• Package application rules and manage deployments using pipelines like Pega Deployment Manager or Jenkins.
• Monitor system health and optimize JVM heap, thread pools, and queue processors.
• Perform RCA for node failures, Kafka/stream issues, search indexing problems, and DB bottlenecks.
• Design end‑to‑end Pega solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable Pega applications.
