Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Pega Engineer/Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Pega-based applications. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and will stay current with Pega updates and best practices.

The position requires a CSSA certification, 6+ years of Pega experience, and a strong background in deployment automation, test automation, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, SE or Mathematics.
• Pega Certified Senior System Administration (CSSA) certification required.
• 6+ years in model-driven, enterprise Pega solutions.
• Experience automating deployments in Pega with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Pega features within an Agile Scrum team.
• Configure Pega applications to meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, DevOps and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document configurations, rules, and changes; maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Perform unit and integration testing as part of SDLC and automate testing where possible.
• Participate in deployments to production and support post-go-live activities.
