Job summary

The role requires a strong Pega background, proficiency in deployment automation, test automation, and DevOps practices, plus the ability to mentor others and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, software engineering, or mathematics.
• 6+ progressive years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications in Pega.
• Pega Certified Senior System Administration (CSSA) certification required.
• Experience in automating deployment processes within Pega environments using CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with Pega DevOps capabilities and best practices, including branch-based development and automated packaging.
• Proficiency in creating automated test cases within Pega, using PegaUnit, Selenium, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test features in an Agile Scrum team.
• Build and configure Pega applications and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with goals.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with Pega updates.
• Document configurations and provide regular development updates.
