Job summary

Strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate and OOP concepts is required, along with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience in the banking/financial services domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Experience developing scalable and secure enterprise applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features using Pega Smart Investigate.
• Develop scalable and secure full-stack applications following SDLC, security, and development standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Ops, Engineers, and stakeholders to define solutions.
• Participate in solution design, system architecture, and platform management.
• Build resilient, scalable, and secure applications using cloud-native technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Follow Pega development best practices and ensure security, performance, and quality standards.
• Work independently while collaborating with distributed and cross-functional teams.
