The role focuses on PEGA Cloud version upgrades within financial services, with expertise in PEGA Smart Disputes and Mastercard integrations.

The successful candidate will guide architecture, design, and delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment with security and regulatory standards across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 9–10+ years hands-on PEGA experience delivering complex PEGA upgrades.
• Proven track record in PEGA Cloud version upgrades in financial services.
• Expertise with PEGA Smart Disputes Framework and Mastercard integrations.
• Strong architectural, design, integration, and performance skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and align stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PEGA Cloud version upgrade initiatives and define strategy.
• Assess existing PEGA apps and map upgrade approach and risks.
• Drive end-to-end delivery ensuring PEGA best practices.
• Provide senior guidance on design, development, and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into PEGA solutions.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and issue resolution.
• Remediate upgrade compatibility issues and deprecated features.
• Design and support Mastercard integrations and payment flows.
• Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor PEGA developers and promote engineering best practices.
