• Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of peer review workflows across the journal portfolio
• Document workflows, procedures, and operational standards
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Support and implement process redesign and operational improvement projects
• Contribute to implementation of new editorial tools and technologies
• Monitor service levels and elevate issues when required
• Maintain dashboards and operational reporting
• Provide operational expertise to project teams
