Job summary

AllHealth Network in Littleton, CO is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach II for the FACT program. This full-time role uses lived experience to build authentic relationships, promote hope, and support recovery in community and field-based settings.

You will collaborate with clinicians and other professionals to provide wraparound care coordination, recovery coaching, and group activities, with a focus on stabilization and reducing justice-system involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Formal peer specialist training preferred in Colorado.
• Minimum of one year of personal recovery from SUD and/or Mental Illness.
• Knowledge of multiple paths to recovery including MAT and self-help options.
• Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and flexibility.
• Effective communication with health care teams, clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Build safe, supportive peer relationships to foster trust and discuss recovery goals.
• Support each individual’s recovery path including self-help, MAT, abstinence, and community resources.
• Provide peer mentoring, recovery coaching, and skill modeling for coping and self-advocacy.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate recovery-oriented groups and activities.
• Conduct outreach and engagement in community, court, and field settings.
• Assist with care coordination tasks: appointment support, transportation, system navigation, and provider communication.
• Collaborate with clinicians, care coordinators, and community partners for integrated services.
• Maintain a small caseload to promote stabilization and reduce system involvement.
• Accurately document services in the EHR and support data collection for outcomes.
