Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. You will lead land development projects from concept to completion, oversee budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client liaison.

This role offers long-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5-10+ years of experience in land development / civil engineering.
• Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and communication.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities.
