gpac seeks an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager role in Omaha. This person will lead projects, manage internal teams, and act as a trusted partner to clients.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 5-10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage and utilities.
• Experience with budgeting, proposals and project financials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and communication.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities.
