• 7-15 years of public/private accounting within private equity.
• Experience in fund reporting, audits, and waterfall calculations.
• Ability to coordinate with investment, finance, tax, and investor relations teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual fund reporting, including financial statements, audit coordination, investor reporting, waterfall calculations, carried interest, and performance metrics.
• Partner with investment, finance, tax, and investor relations teams to ensure accurate reporting and seamless execution across the fund lifecycle.
• Oversee capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and cash management, ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and side letters.
• Provide accounting expertise on complex investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, valuations, and portfolio company activity.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investors, auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners, delivering a best-in-class investor experience.
• Drive enhancements to fund accounting processes, systems, and controls to improve scalability, efficiency, and transparency across the platform.
