Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior NAV professional to supervise a team delivering private equity fund administration and hybrid hedge/PE services. You will liaise with investment professionals, auditors, and client contacts, ensuring timely delivery of complex financial work papers and statements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage high-pressure deadlines in a global services environment. Prior Investran/Geneva experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 5–6 years Private Equity experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures.
• CPA qualification is favourable but not required.
• Experience with Investran or Geneva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including Associates and Senior Associate staff.
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Manage client relationships and liaise with client personnel daily.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, lawyers, and banking contacts.
• Review quarterly/annual work papers, schedules, accruals, and partner capital allocations.
• Review financial statements, footnotes, and coordinate audits.
• Review/prepare complex fee calculations, management fees, waterfall, and capital allocations.
