Teradyne, a global test and automation leader, seeks a Senior Test Technician in North Reading to support PCBAs through functional testing, inspections, and validation against specifications. You will troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.

Ideal candidates have electronics training and proven PCBA testing experience, with attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

Technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field required.
Experience as Senior Test Technician or similar role focused on PCBA testing.
Ability to read schematics and datasheets; familiarity with PCBA testing standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional testing of PCBAs using established procedures and equipment.
Perform inspections and measurements to ensure quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes with engineering and production teams.
Maintain accurate records of test results, failures, and corrective actions.
Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Assist in development and improvement of test procedures and fixtures.
Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
Provide feedback for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
