Job summary

Hamilton Company seeks a Senior Commodity Manager for PCBA and Electronics to lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier-management strategy. You will ensure continuity of supply, manage MRP activities, and drive cost and performance improvements aligned with product roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with electronic commodities and contract manufacturers, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in PCBA assemblies and electronic components.
• Experience leading procurement for electronic contract manufacturers.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) experience required.
• Experience with contracts and strategic sourcing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase PCBA and electronic commodities in line with MRP requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply commitments with suppliers.
• Develop and implement sourcing, cost-reduction, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams from planning through execution and reporting.
