Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a qualified engineer to optimize PCB test processes across shop floor deployments, improving first-pass yield and reducing false failures. You will work with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to define DFM/DFT recommendations and drive standardization across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in manufacturing test or ATE, with hands-on PCBA provisioning and embedded test rack

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• Experience analyzing data to drive decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical collaborations.
• 3+ years in manufacturing test, test process engineering, or ATE.
• Hands-on with PCBA provisioning and functional test processes.
• Experience with embedded system test rack configuration and optimization.
• Knowledge of hardware/software integration and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead test process analyses across PCBA test workflows to identify failure modes and optimize yield.
• Drive improvements for test systems balancing performance, schedule, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with test software teams to resolve software and infrastructure driven test failures.
• Derive requirements for test process efficiency and operator usability across the manufacturing test infrastructure.
• Analyze first-pass yield data to identify trends and track corrective actions.
• Partner with CM sites to review test processes, identify gaps, and drive standardization across locations.
