Emerald Technologies is seeking a Test Engineering Manager in Saline, MI to lead all test engineering activities for PCB assembly operations. You will oversee ICT, Flying Probe, FCT, thermal cycling, shock, and vibration testing while driving continuous improvement and customer-facing engagement.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, SMT and through-hole processes, and 3+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, test engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles within a PCBA environment.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and mixed-technology PCB assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and circuit board functionality.
• Strong knowledge of ICT/Flying Probe/Functional Test

Aufgaben

• Establish priorities and manage overall department workload to ensure resources are aligned with business needs.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of customer and internal projects.
• Support customer visits and technical discussions regarding test strategies and manufacturing capabilities.
• Strong customer-facing presentation and relationship management skills.
• Drive accountability for project execution and continuous improvement within the Test Engineering team.
