Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding engineering teams, optimizing PCB stack-ups, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. A BS or MS in Chemistry or Materials Engineering is required. The base salary ranges from $176,000 to $276,000, with additional equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in PCB design, fabrication, and materials.
• Experience with HDI and high-layer-count PCBs.
• Proven expertise in material sourcing and signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on high-volume manufacturing of high layer count PCBs.
