Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior PCB Engineer to lead research, development and manufacturing of high-layer-count PCBs. You will guide interconnect structures, materials, and processes, collaborating with engineering teams to drive performance improvements and cost reductions.

The role requires a strong background in materials science and PCB technologies, with proven leadership and cross-functional communication skills to support design, sourcing and operations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in PCB design, fabrication, and materials.
• Experience with high-layer-count PCBs and HDI technology.
• Strong collaboration with hardware, signal integrity, design, sourcing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, development and implementation of high-volume manufacturing of high layer count PCBs.
• Lead research and development of new PCB technologies, interconnect structures, and materials for new products and cost reductions.
• Own PCB technology roadmaps based on engineering requirements and future product needs.
• Provide PCB technology support to Engineering, SI, Design, Sourcing and Operations teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with PCB manufacturers and laminate material suppliers.
