Job summary

LeoForce in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive PCBA development and EMS improvements. You will design, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with design engineers to improve manufacturability and cost efficiency.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering with 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, SMT/PCB experience, and strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven SMT and PCB operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional project management skills.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and team leadership.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the manufacturing processes.
• Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and cycles.
• Managing various areas of manufacturing including PCBA Development and PCB.
• Implementing strategies in the production process to promote efficiency.
• Collaborating with design engineers to improve product design for manufacturability and economical production.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product and production issues.
• Providing technical expertise and training to other team members.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Designing and improving electronic parts, components, products, and systems for effective manufacturing.
• Implementing EMS to enhance manufacturing processes.
