Job summary

LeoForce in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to support a high-end hardware manufacturing environment. You will lead supplier approvals, drive quality improvements, and ensure products meet the highest standards of reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 2–8 years of supplier quality experience in electro-mechanical or electronics manufacturing, PCBAs, and a strong background in quality systems and problem-solving methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2-8 years in supplier quality engineering in electro-mechanical/electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with PCBAs, electronics hardware, server/network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier approval by assessing capabilities and process maturity.
• Drive supplier quality improvements through data analysis and CAPA.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for supplier performance.
• Support incoming quality, inspections, dispositions and releases.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Lead root cause investigations using standard problem-solving methods.
• Drive supplier development, qualification and SCARs.
