Job summary

Leidos is seeking a PCB Engineering and Manufacturing Lead for a National Capital Region program. The role oversees design, fabrication, and assembly of PCBs, managing engineers and shop personnel. The candidate will ensure compliant processes and coordinate with vendors to meet strict schedules.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with extensive PCB experience and an active TS/SCI with Poly. ConUS/OCONUS travel up to 5% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 12+ years' experience (or 16+ years in lieu).
• Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• Experience leading PCB design, fabrication and assembly teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide strong customer service.
• Experience interpreting schematics and performing 100% quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, project objectives, and schedules for PCB design, engineering, assembly, and production.
• Design and develop customized PCB engineering solutions to complex Customer requirements.
• Lead team in PCB design and fabrication, managing component files.
• Lead team in maintaining a safe operating environment in the shop and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Lead and manage the development and direction for associated officer training courses.
• Coordinate with internal and external procurement vendors to define components and timelines.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 5% may be required.
