Job summary

Aquila Technology is seeking a Senior Circuit Board Designer to join our Rapid Prototyping team near Lexington, MA. This on-site role requires a hands-on designer with deep experience in RF, high-speed, multi-layer PCBs and MCMs for aircraft-based systems.

You will work with engineers to produce fabrication-ready drawings and documentation, ensuring environmental, size, weight, and power constraints are met across programs. Must be able to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in PCB design
• Expertise in PCB architectures and RF/dielectric materials
• Experience with MIL-STD and space/aircraft components helpful

Responsibilities

• Design PCB layouts for RF, multi-layer and high-speed applications
• Create and manage electrical drawings for fabrication and testing
• Collaborate with engineers to document components, constraints, and power budgets
• Generate complete PCB design files for manufacturing and integration
